My journey to coach, mentor and non-executive director started from a humble background. As a retail sales travel consultant I progressed to senior management corporate roles with Thomson Travel Group, now TUI.
Airtours, British Airways, Quest Travel and Western Oriental Travel are some of the main stream and specialist holiday, travel and tourism business where I held senior management positions.
Start-up and turnaround business are truly exceptional experiences and not for the faint hearted. I believe in life long learning and since focusing my time as a business coach and mentor I have gained business coach certification and awarded a Master of Business Administration, with distinction from Aston University Business School.
A graduate and alumni of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 small business programme and formerly a Visiting Fellow of Aston University.
This is not intended to impress or overwhelm as I am at ease and happy to be working with a solo entrepreneur in a start-up as I am supporting a board of directors.
I actively maintain a 'mastermind group' with a specialist associate consultant network, we share and support best practice, building on our experience, mentoring, coaching and in some cases hands on interim support each others client work.
