About Me
As a business coach I take personal satisfaction in the success of my coaching clients. A proven systematic approach, tailored to your needs, delivered on a trusted advisor one-to-one basis will focus on your business growth. We will work together to understand your business, understanding what’s important to you and why.
I have worked in start-up, SME and corporate business. As an employee of owner manager businesses, blue chip corporate senior management roles, leading to more entrepreneurial ventures. As a niaive entrepreneur, I enjoyed the thrill and stress of a small start-up before joining a team in an AIM listed start-up. I am currently the co-owner of a SME business and can relate directly to the challenges and opportunities faced by SME business owners.

My journey to coach, mentor and non-executive director started from a humble background and first job as a retail travel consultant progressing to senior management roles with Thomson Travel Group, now TUI.
Airtours, British Airways, Quest Travel and Western Oriental Travel are some of the other main stream and specialist holiday, travel and tourism business where I held senior management positions.
Start-up and turnaround business are truly exceptional experiences and not for the faint hearted. Raising angel investment for a dot.com start-up and venture capital for a failing specialist leisure holiday tour operation changes your perspective on risk, ownership and management.

I believe in life long learning and am a qualified certified coach, currently in the final stages of a MBA from Aston Business School. A graduate and alumni of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 small business programme and formerly a Visiting Fellow of Aston University.
I actively maintain a 'mastermind network' group to share and support best practice, building on my coaching, mentoring skills with my coaching and training peer group.
I truly believe you can improve daily in all aspects of your business and business skills.
