An outside, unbiased review of the business, in consultation with the owner, looked at historic and current performance. A new growth strategy was developed as a result.
Part of this was extending the product offering, creating an opportunity to increase revenue from existing customers as well as attract a new target customer market.
Supporting the deliver and implementation of a transactional product sales website is part of the ongoing partnership with Key Support Services.
