About me

I've been in your shoes.

I'm Russell Fraser. I've spent 25+ years running businesses across travel, airlines, tour operating and hospitality.

I've built companies, exited them, and led a business through administration and out the other side. I know what it's like when the people side gets hard — and when there's no one to ask.

Now I work with a small number of owner-managed businesses as a coach, mentor and fractional director. I'm based near Stratford-upon-Avon.
