In short: I only collect what I need to reply to you and to work with you. I don't sell your details or use them for marketing lists. You can ask to see or delete them at any time.

Who I am

This website is run by Square Ten Ltd (trading as SquareTen), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 05387541. Registered office: The Elms, Birmingham Road, Stratford-upon-Avon.

Square Ten Ltd is the "data controller" for the personal information described here. Russ Fraser is responsible for how it is handled.

  • Call bookings: the details you give when booking through Calendly, such as your name, email and answers to the booking questions.
  • Emails and calls: anything you choose to tell me when we're in touch.
  • Website use: anonymous information about how the site is used, collected through cookies and Google Analytics. See the cookie policy.

Why I use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in responding to people who contact me.
  • To deliver work if you become a client. The legal basis is the contract between us.
  • To keep business records I'm required to keep, such as accounts. The legal basis is legal obligation.
  • To understand how the website is used and improve it. The legal basis is your consent, given through the cookie banner.

I don't sell your information, and I don't add you to marketing lists without asking.

Who else handles it

A few trusted services help run the website and my business. They only use your information to provide their service to me:

  • My email and business software providers.

Some of these providers may store data outside the UK, for example in the United States. Where they do, they use recognised safeguards required by UK data protection law.

How long I keep it

  • Enquiries that don't lead to work: up to 12 months, then deleted.
  • Client records: up to 6 years after our work ends, to meet accounting and legal requirements.

Your rights

You can ask me to:

  • See the information I hold about you
  • Correct anything that's wrong
  • Delete your information
  • Stop or limit how I use it
  • Send it to you or another organisation
