Last updated: October 2026
In short: this website gives general information about SquareTen's services. It isn't personal advice. Any work we do together is covered by a separate agreement.
About us
This website is run by Square Ten Ltd (trading as SquareTen), registered in England and Wales, company number 05387541. Registered office: The Elms, Birmingham Road, Stratford-upon-Avon CV37 0ES.
Using this website
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Information, not advice
The content on this website, including blog posts, is general information for owner-managed businesses. It isn't professional advice for your situation. Please don't rely on it for business, legal, financial or tax decisions without getting advice suited to your circumstances.
I try to keep information accurate and up to date. Figures and research quoted in blog posts come from the sources named, but I can't guarantee they're complete or current.
Working together
Coaching, mentoring, training and fractional director services are provided under a separate written agreement. That agreement sets out fees, what's included and how any guarantee applies. Nothing on this website forms a contract on its own.
Content and copyright
The text, images and design on this website belong to Square Ten Ltd or are used with permission. You're welcome to share links to pages and quote short extracts with credit. Please don't copy whole pages or reuse content commercially without asking.
Links to other websites
This website links to other sites, such as Calendly, LinkedIn and research sources. I'm not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
Liability
As far as the law allows, Square Ten Ltd isn't liable for any loss arising from using this website or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Privacy and cookies
How I handle your information is explained in the privacy notice and the cookie policy.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
Changes
I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised.
